After working at iD Tech for a year, I was able to use those skills to help students with CS classes I've either taken before or have the skills to TA in. I did duties such as leading labs, holding office hours, and grading assignments. In Software Engineering, I also coached teams to aid them with their major project and teach them skills once a week. This job has helped me a lot understanding others' perspectives on programming challenges. It has even helped me learn a bit more through discussions with the students.
